True, what about Sheva, total shit here although fantastic in Italy? My point is, given the two choices Adebayor and Vucinic, I know which one would I prefer. There is no point in bringing in another Pav or Defoe.

I agree that Ade would be the better of the two, I doubt many here would doubt that. However, Vucinic is a step up compared to our current crop....technically much better (therefore can control a ball = unlike Pav), can finish and hold up the ball bringing others into the game (unlike Defoe and Crouch).
More importantly, it is a striker to freshen things up, as more than anything our strikers have gone stale.

who says we wont get both? either way it doesnt matter, our whole strikeforce was dogshit last season and we always looked toothless, against the bigger sides in particular and if the smaller teams 'parked the bus' as such we ran out of ideas.
I havent seen enough of him bar youtube but if hes a good as what people are saying then im all for it

well, you can't think in such a short sighted way. we are not man city, we need to spend our money wisely, as we don't have an endless transfer kitty.
