If we only get Vucinic my guess would be 6th. Marin and Ade as well as, every chance of finishing above Arsenal. Just as a seasoned Spurs fan I'm not getting my hopes up until the shirt is printed. Why would peanut (M&Ms) come to us? PlUs what was the late discount cryptic bit linked to? after 8? Squad number ready agreed?

Do you think if we signed Afellay we could put him in our under-21 squad? Come on, he only looks 16...

I'm leaning more towards Afellay than Marin because i've seen more of him, but also I think he's better on the right. I think Lennon is too inconistsant to be a regular, so he needs competition on that side. I'm not sure he would cost as little as £4m but they got him for next to nothing in January because he had only 6 months left on his contract.

Barca could be lining up a similar move as Bojan just had. Send him away for cheap, with a buy back clause of only 1m more than what they sold him for.

Marin can play either side and would give us great balance on the right, Lennon upgrade for sure.

What makes me think it's rubbish is I don't think we would get Affelay for £4 million!

Seeing as it's just been on the SSN ticker that Chelsea have agreed a fee with Barca for Romeu it might not be a rubbish as we initially dismissed it as.

That said, I do not believe we'd get him for £4m.

Oh yeah and we've been linked with Marin for a while now, Werder were interested in Niko too.

Marin(e) Blue perhaps? Yellow subMARIN(e) = Rossi?

Let's wait for an ITK...

There seemed to be a lot yesterday suggesting we'd agreed a fee with Vucinic... I was encouraged by that, at least! I'm hoping it's true.

Come on Levy/Harry, make it happen!

Bring in Adebayor and Diarra. Go on to to win the league... dreams! Gotta love 'em.

Agree. Afellay can play in the middle too - would be an ideal replacement for Krancjar as back-up anywhere AM

Did you see Marin play last season, as opposed to his breakthrough season? He was no where near Lennon's level last season.

Don't know if that stance has changed, but I doubt it.

Ancelotti is ready and available if necessary".

If this were the case re.Harry and Levy on 'M'. Then surely Harry would of known better than to say what he did yesterday, surely Levy would have told him before yesterday to keep it quiet re.'M' to the press. At the end of the day we don't know what is being said between Levy and HR behind the scenes. My point would be, listening to the way HR is speaking, I'm of the opinion that there is a slight admittance at the club that 'M' will go

If we signed Afellay he would end up dislodging Lennon.

Azza as an impact sub for the last 25 minutes or so isn't a bad thing at all
