I'm not too concerned. Still five weeks of the merry-go-round to go yet. I realise that last minute deals are not ideal as the season will have already started but we must accept that (other than in our own eyes) we are not a top level club with limitless resources and the best deals are done close to the end of the window. DL is a top notch negotiator, is well aware of what we need and I have complete faith that he will deliver. The razor blades can stay in the medicine cabinet for a bit longer I feel.

Let me ask you all an easy question. How many young German stars have left Germany for anything other than Real? I can't think of one. More fantasy. They get paid good money to play in a great league and everybody speaks their language.

I take it everyone has completely discarded the idea of Sturridge coming to spurs for the croatian fella. starts with M. He's a striker which is what harry wants isnt it?

Its not exactly the marquee siging to show our ambiton though, ecspecially if we lose he who must not be named as a result of sigining him. IMO a poor bit of potential business
