I just have a feeling something will happen tomorrow. I won't be that disappointed if nothing happens.

It's very unlikely that anything will happen until after next weekend. We are probably working on many of the things that have been mentioned by both papers and ITK. But the fact of the matter is that every team is in fantasy land thinking they can ask double the value for their players while bidding half the value for other teams' players. We're very much guilty of this. But after the games next weekend, everybody will go into panic mode. Deficiencies laid bare, clubs will start buying and selling at abandon to get to the 25 man limit and will both up their bids and lower their prices.

It sounds like outgoings are more likely (from other ITK posts) - Hutton and Keane? Maybe even Gio?
If we could shift those it's a decent start point for bringing in new faces.
He was all pissed off that no one was giving him any credit for his ITK.
I don't get why people are getting excited over Adebayor, the guy is useless. He can barely get in City's reserves and has only ever had 1 decent season, and that was 4 years ago.
and before anyone says "but he did great at Real!" no, he didn't. He missed so many sitters and only scored a handful of goals. He was a stopgap & I s'pose he did that well enough, but we don't need another stopgap.
He's lazy as hell. In fact, he reminds me a lot of Pav, and I'd rather have our Russky. And I ain't even a Pav fan!

Then I'll repeat again to you, he was not dropped out of the Man City team for on field footballing reasons, but rather because they moved on to the next shiny toy they fancied. It's laughable to cite a reason as being ' he can barely get in Man City reserves', because it has NOTHING to do with his ability. He was better than 1 in 2 in the league for City in his first season there, then 8 games last season ?
