Im speakin to my source at the club at about 10am 
will post if there is any news on adebayor or diarra And was told the medicals for loan signings are slightly differnt to normal and alot quicker if the club want them to be so deal/deals could be done by 12 in time for utd but even if they are both players hvnt had a pre season so will both prob start on the bench.....

The game is on Monday, so the working day before Monday won't be Monday. I don't really see how it's open to interpretation.

If the ITK last night is to be believed, and we were meeting City officials last night to thrash out the Adebayor deal, then it was surely to ensure the deal was finalised to allow us to register the player today so that he is eligible for Monday night?
If we dont have the player available for Monday then we are idiots, and City are fools for not seeing the potential impact the player could have against their title rivals.

When was the last time there was a press conference arranged for a signing anyway? A few lines on in the OS is good enough.

Not often you get Archie and Roger Morgan giving conflicting views. I'm inclined to agree with Archie, and it certainly adds weight to wpd659's credentials.

I'm sort of with you there spurslenny except I won't be disappointed as I take all ITK with a pinch of salt and get excited only when the club release an official statement to confirm a big signing.

I just refuse to believe we had a press conference arranged and then it was cancelled 75%.
Anyway Archie's info sounds extremely plausibile and yet still positive.

Not really feeling it atm....seems we want to announce both deals together so if one is a little more complicated than the other it will hold everything up. The ade one for instance sounds very detailed, hopefully patience is the key but might be the weekend before we hear much.
