If City are also busy working out a deal with Arsenal for Nasri they may have put the deal to loan Ade to us on the back burner as they have more important things to deal with (of course they can work on multiple deals at once but key people needed to ok things could be engaged in other work)

Even if he were signed in time - there would have been little to no chance of them featuring against Utd - I mean they can hardly be match fit, they haven't had a proper pre-season.

I expect because it could suggest you're having a go at someone who is passing on info in good faith.

If we're being pedantic - which is in essence my job - technically your username (as a proper noun) should have a capital letter. So, if you're going to be a pedant, one who seeks equity must do equity.

Surely it's just the transfer/paperwork etc needs to go through by 12 to be eligible for United?

So in theory we could announce that he's signed by putting his name on the team sheet on Monday night! :)

Just been told by my source he is at the training ground and he has been told that all mobiles have to be turned off today. He said thats kinda strange? Noone normaly asks that? He aint sure if its a wind up by sucurity guard? So he said he will turn his phone on and txt me if he finds out why?

For what it's worth, the fella on here (wpd ?) was the first one, of all ITK's, to say that there was a snag with the Adebayor transfer and it wasn't actually done.

I find it hard to take people seriously who judge appearance over actual content.

But surely the best way to get match fit is to play games? If we sign him in time I'm sure he'll feature at some point.
