not really, some blacks look like monkeys, as do some whites.
always thought Paul Scholes looked like a baboon...
Latest on this in the Express is that "sources close to Terry" say that while he did say "black ****" it was taken out of context and he actually said to Ferdinand "i never called you a fucking black ****"
and from the video it actually seems to fit! (with a brief interuption from some monkey walking by
mg: sorry old habits die hard :grin: :shrugstill makes the people who swear "blind" he didn't say it :wink: look foolish.

But if the above is true and he did say it in a different context then that brings up a whole new raft of questions...
What did he say in the first place to Anton Ferdinand to get him to respond in that way?
Is there any video evidence of the prior statements?
If there is no evidence of the first comments then couldn't this just be a 'clever' way of Terry saying something bad/racist without any comeback?

blatantly called him it - clear as day from the pictures and from his statement. i find it bordering on impossible to believe that someone would reply "i never called you a black ****" to a comment - surely they d just say "i didnt say that" or something similar? the fact anton has not come out and cleared Terry also speaks volumes.

what i don't like is that any other kind of prejudice is pretty much accepted, but if skin colour comes into it and it suddenly becomes massive. evra accused suarez of racial abuse, but what if suarez had called him a french twat or something? would we have heard anything from that?
