Yep there was one occasion, think it was the 16th, when Mickleson applauded Rose's 12 ft putt for a halfJust wanted to add, I have a new found respect for Phil Mickelson, he played the game beautifully and was a class act in defeat and true gentleman
The European fans gathered around the 18th green to enjoy the moment. The departing fans taunted by one group with a chant of "10-6 and you fucked it up
It's almost impossible to single anyone out of a magnificent team performance but Rose's performance on the putting green on the last 3/4 holes was unbelievable.
Make what you want of the American fans, but the most classless moment of the entire cup was Olazabal making Molinari and Tiger play out 18. Cup was won at that point, no need to play that out, should have just conceded it to Tiger in the fairway.

Tiger actually showed some class and conceded Molinari's putt to allow it to be over and for him to go celebrate with his teammates.
Jack Nicklaus conceded to Tony Jacklin back in the day when the U.S. had already retained the cup. Payne Stewart conceded to Monty at Brookline when it was won as well. Classless move by Olazabal.
