AVB is so predictable with his line ups. This upsets me a bit. I really thought he would have more dynamism about him and make some more ballsy decisions. Maybe he has tried to hone that in because of how it went down with Chelsea.

Quality in the squad lacking more like. So many calling for Cebellos who hasn't played yet, Hudd who had one good 20 mins in 2 seasons.... We simply don't have more than 8 top quality players in our squad let alone 11. Dempsey is as good as we've got unfortunately. Anyway i'm still hopeful we'll pull something off tonight.

Friedel in was always on the cards, despite what we all would want and even though Benny has been pretty gash of late, I still think you have to go with him over Naughton - for balance sake if nothing else!
Dempsey is just a smack in all our faces though - how can someone who produces so little be rewarded with constant game time and I'd love to go inside AVB's mindset over his inclusion.
Adebayor will need to be close to his best if we are to progress here - not just for attacking threat but to bring others into play but i really feel AVB needed to be braver here.
