JJetset really hasnt helped himself with his last tweets. Whether or not its true quite frankly im getting fed up of all the commotion it brings to this board.

Hopefully AVB should be back soon from his holiday.

And finally answer a few questions regarding transfers. Not saying he will spill the beans but im sure he will give us a better insight then we have imagined so far. And if we are that close to conluding a deal with Paulinho im sure he will reveal something!

And also put an end to the speculation about bale and himself to PSG.

JJ is passing on what he has so no reflection on him but I'm personally filing this snippet away with the "AVB is a fraud" bollox he was given by similar/same sources last yr.

I think JJ really needs to sometimes to take his own source's info with a bucket of salt, especially when it's their opinion on a new member of the working staff or potential new member. He's already been burned after the AVB is a fraud fiasco and the Baldini info looks like he'll be burned again, purely for passing it on.

After all, opinion's are like arseholes, everyone has one and they're all full of shit.

Seems like these 3 different sources either don't like Baldini because it affects their role or someone close to them within the club. Or, they've just jumped on the bandwagon regarding Baldinis honest assessment on his 2nd term at Roma and the reason why he left.

To be honest, I found him being honest as a good thing, and a sign that he isnt void from crticism and happy to put his hands up unlike others. Even though deep down everyone knows that Romas failures come from other areas and not just pointed towards Baldini.

So what you are saying is that you only want to hear good ITK? Unfortunately life is not always a bed of roses.

We either take him as ITK warts and all or not at all.

This site is all the better for it, good or bad

Yes. Opinions are tricky things. Let's face it, Baldini might not work out. More than possible that happens and it's guaranteed that we'll sign some turkeys on his watch if he signs. Nature of the beast. Just looking at his record though, which is available to us all, I really don't see how anyone capable of dressing themselves each morning would categorically say he's clueless though. Which leads me to question the intelligence of these industry bods and then I reflect on the health of English football overall and it clicks into place.

I'm feeling positive about the appointment and hope and think it will work out.

And I will lap up any info JJ and others pass on. JJ is very honest about it and his own feelings at times and he can't do much more than that.

What if we stopped accepting all this ITK as gospel? Do we have any real proof that these people have a consistent inside source?

Implying that at all.

Exactly!! Life isnt always a bed of roses.

As soon as there is bad itk people seem to start being on there periods and having a right moan instead of just takin it with a pinch if salt.

I actualy feel for JJ because its like his treading on egg shells atm.

ITK or no ITK come the start of the season i am sure we will be in a very good position.

Another thing to consider is that Baldini was Capello's right hand man for England. Capello was not popular amongst those in the English game, rubbed people up the wrong way - so it's not a stretch to imagine that Baldini was tarred with the same brush, so those in the domestic game in England still hold a grudge from that time.

Could explain why 'three' sources don't rate Baldini - they're in effect still bitter from the whole Italian army taking over our Brave English Troops

Fair enough mate if I took you wrong. I will say though that if this thread and others continue in the current vain, we stand a good chance of losing JJ.

I agree though, I think we will look healthy come Sept 1st

Indeed. Good point as to why the wider community still holds a less than favourable opinion. Thank God that nightmare is over and we're back to conquering all Johnny foreigners who dare oppose us again.

Thats exactly what im trying to say. The way its going people are quite vulnerable to negative ITK info and i think it will make people such as JJetset to back out.

Even if JJ decides not to give out any info i am not botherd at all because i am optimistic with the upcoming season.
