Livermore doesn't seem like he'd be too fussed coming off the bench to do a job, making up the numbers, unlike Huddlestone. And he's on the right side of age, unlike Parker. Keeping him wouldn't be a bad thing at all.

Also he's Chris Hughton's son (YES HE IS) so there's that.
His mum is Doug Livermore.

Sad to hear Ade and Benny are leaving. Ade I want to keep but I do understand that we can't have a player with his wages sitting on the bench. Benny I don't understand unless we have Coentrao coming in, otherwise it's a senseless sale IMHO.

So Parker must be either West Ham or QPR.

West Ham - already a fan fave there, PL team
QPR - Harry factor, higher wages maybe ?

West Ham seems more likely if they come in for him I think.

You won't get a much better backup player than Livermore. A proper club man who won't put up a fuss when hes not playing. A lot of fans are very harsh on him. Very hard to play to your full ability when your not getting regular 90 minutes - Loan move would be good.

If Ade is leaving then we MUST be going for another striker - just Soldado and Defoe for a season would be too dicey and we no longer have Dempsey to play as a 'utility' striker'.

Dare I mention the 'D' word as a likely candidate?!

Is Parker still a West Ham favourite? Thought he kicked up a stink when he left for us.

Chadli can play as a striker too.

When people talk of departures, they only seem to consider the on-pitch impact it will have. AVB will also have to consider what sort of impact it has in the dressing room with all the relationships that have formed and leadership.

Parker, Livermore and Hudd are all behind in the pecking order now but Hudd is one of our longest serving players, Parker is a leader type and Livermore is an academy graduate. All of these things have an impact on the squad and the perception of the club. It is not just a case of who is the better footballer.

If you keep them and not play them, will it cause negativity as well?

We cannot continue to invest in quality we keep dead wood. I also believe they need a new lease of life after serving the club.....

Parker, 5 yard pass to Downing, run, run, run, cross to Carroll... sails over his head and out for a goal kick.

If we keep them, they will play some part. All 3 got a few games last year and I would expect the same. Though no way we will keep all 3.
