Could be sooner. As someone else has pointed out, if you type Lamela into the search bar on the OS it directs you to the latest news page suggesting that they are just making the final changed to the page before posting it.

That may be because the "Media Watch" tab of the latest News page has links to all the media stories on Lamela, Vlad and Eriksen.

Real Madrid's next match on Saturday, so they need to take diown their stage on Saturday - my guess would be Lamela announced on Saturday lunchtime (possibly with Bale out)..... or even Monday

They aren't taking the stage down according to SSN. They appear to be closing off part of the stadium instead.

I would have to assume as the TW is still open and the games don't need to be played until a few weeks after the TW closes I would say yes, as it would be pointless buying players.
