Lloris - 6 - nothing to do

Naughton - 7.5 - best game for us

Kaboul - 7 - poor first half, much better second half

Vertonghen - 7 see above

Rose 7 thought he was solid today

Bentaleb - 5.5 - he isn't a wonder kid like Wiltshere was when he first broke into the arsenal first team. Good squad player who deserves time to develope. He's not first name on the team sheet.

Sandro - 6 - strong, kamikaze, standard Sandro

Eriksen - 6 he had a quiet game

Chadli - 6.5 very good in the first half, but faded in the second. He deserves to have a run of games in the position he played today - should have scored though

Townsend - 6 standard Townsend, but better than Lennon has been recently

Adebayor - 7.5 ran through walls today, and I thought he was very good vs the strongest CB pairing in the league IMO

Subs: pathetic

Naughton had a good game, but Ade must get it for working his socks off.. creditable mention to Andros for putting in at least 3 superb crosses..

Naughton has to be MOTM. Good defending all day and his crosses were good unlike everyone else's. Well done Kyle.

Bentaleb lowest rated for being anonymous. If we had swapped Soldado for him instead of Eriksen, we would have been much better off.

Back 5 all about a 7 today
Sandro/Bentaleb 5
Eriksen/Townsend/Chadli 6.5
Ade 6.5

Lloris - 6.5: nothing to do really, and one good save, unlucky about the rocket
Naughton - 8: MOTM for me, pretty good defending and some good crosses as well
Kaboul - 7: Decent
Vertonghen - 7: Decent
Rose - 7: thought was much better defensively and some of his final bass were actually pretty decent comparing to his normal shit
Sandro - 6: just doesnt seem the same player he was before injury
Bentaleb- 6: not best game, should've taken a shot at the end of box in first half
Townsend - 7: Alright first half, second half was much better
Chadli - 7: worked hard and seemed everywhere in first half, dunno why came off thought he was great
Eriksen - 6.5: meh
Adebayor - 7.5: worked very hard today and played well

Subs: Meh

One of our best performances of the season.

Lloris - 7 - Nothing to do but a great save at the end.

Naughton - 7.75 - Growing into that role, hate the people that make him a scapegoat. More than good enough at RB.
Kaboul/Verts - 8 - Won everything.
Rose - 7.5 - Solid in defense, didn't go forward as much as usual which was good as we weren't caught out as much today.

Townsend - 7.5 - Provided a spark, got past players many times, constantly double teamed.
Sandro - 7 - Won a lot of balls, patrolled the middle well.
Bentaleb - 5 - I like him a lot but as the 2nd of the 3 in CM you have to be more attacking, all he played was sideways balls which is Sandro's job. Arrived too late in the box, Paulinho should have been on. Big talent but wrong game for him.
Eriksen - 7 - Very influential in our attacks, but his set pieces simply have to improve, 50% of them end up no where near a half chance, and when you have as many as we do they just have to be better.
Chadli - 6.5 - Mixed bag, did well enough at times and was extremely good/lively in sections, but that finish is inexcusable and missed a couple other clear chances too. Overall good but just lacked something in crucial moments.

Adebayor - 7.75 - Nonstop working and did really well.

I'd give MOTM to Kaboul/Verts based on ratings but we were so dominant and in their half so much that that doesn't feel right, Naughton or Adebayor for me. Great performance, gutting result.

Don't think the subs really had enough time to make a mark, with just 15 or so minutes. No one did anything particularly good/bad though.

One moment in that game pretty much summed up our current predicament. Townsend is through and has all the time in the world to roll it across to be sidefoot home. Instead he doesn't even lift his head and pulls the ball back too firmly behind the onrushing Chadli.

You cannot teach composure and intelligence and we are sadly lacking in both throughout the squad.

Lots of effort but lack quality; they sat back but still created more and better quality chances than us. Shows gulf in class.

Bentalab reminds me of carrick good movement can pick a pass but not good enough off the ball and needs strength. He will come good.

Chadli and Townsend are both better than Lennon had been recently should start next game.

Ade lots of effort should be made captain if he keeps it up like this.

My main gripe today is rose he wasted every final ball. Good getting forward but lacks both brains and skill we need an upgrade here.

Kaboul looks slower off the mark than before and was lucky poldosky didn't score after holding him off. Hopefully this is temporary don't want him to become the next daws.

I don't get all the Townsend bashing on here and social media.

This was his second start since he came back from injury so he was likely to be a bit rusty. However, I thought he was direct, put in a few excellent crosses and generally performed well.

I was delighted to see him on the teamsheet, but Sherwood should have played Lennon on one wing and Andros on the other. We were so right-sided today it was untrue.

We need to learn to stretch the pitch so that players like Eriksen have more space.

For me, it's the chopping and changing of system (obviously not helped by injury) that is our problem. I wasn't Redknapp's biggest fan but he played with width, we had identity and we scored goals.

We're desperately missing that identity right now, and I don't blame the players for that.

Naughton has really proved himself capable these last few games. I'm very happy that he's had a solid run of games.

Adebayor also put in immense effort today.

Naughton as MOTM. In all seriousness, Naughton is probably the strongest mentally on the team. Having put some not so good performances as a LB but managing to show his team and fans that he is a very competent RB deserves alot of credit.
