I'll usually miss a game or two in a season and this happens to be one, not that bothered about it. However don't know what sort of lineup we should field. I mean we've practically out and there is Soton game on a weekend. Doubt we'll field a weakened side, but should we?

It's just different selections of shit, lazy, and unorganised at this stage. Season is over so we may as well just either a) notify FA/UEFA we aren't fulfilling our fixtures and just put us down for a loss in each game or b) draw the 11 positions at random through names out of a hat and see what side we end up with. A small chance of entertainment, there might be some comedic value if we ended up with say Lennon in goal or Friedel in centre mid.

Might as well go for it. This is our last chance (however slim) to salvage something from this season.

I hope that we don't start a squad full of youth. All of the travelling support should be given something to cheer about considering how much they are spending.

In 2010 Liverpool lost 2-1 to Benfica in the first leg and then smashed them 4-1 in the second leg. That Benfica team had David Luiz, Julio Cesar, Di Maria, Coentrao, Ramires, and Javi Garcia. Scoring three goals against this Benfica side isn't impossible.
