We didn't get those but the three we got instead were Eriksen, Lamela and Soldado...If I recall we weren't too disappointed at the time.

I reckon Tim has leaked this 'announcement' stuff to Sky and talkshite. He's been quite clever (if you could imagine such a thing). Now the club will come out and to avoid looking shit, say 'There is no truth in this, Tim will be here in the summer, blah blah blah)

I know, I know...all creditability of this suggestion was lost when I said Timmy had been clever...sorry :unsure:

Personally I'd much rather have had Harry in charge this season than AVB or Sherwood

We certainly haven't replaced Bale with a player that can create and score goals himself from little or nothing the way he did for us however you want to describe him and in not doing that neither have we created a team that creates and scores as a team to not need the a Bale to do it all himself to keeps us in the top four race

As for players getting into the Everton side, we certainly have some that would, but do you honestly think that Kaboul, Chiriches, Dembele even Vertonghen on this seasons performances would get the nod over Evertons first choices? Just don't see it myself, Verts last season and Eunice pre injury then maybe, but this season?

He might say a few things you might not agree with but sometimes he also says things that are fair enough. It might not be easy to accept but it doesn't make them wrong
