Just got back from Game.......we had great support , 2400......

performance not great tbh....Davies,Holtby,Townsend and ofc Paulinho all quite poor.

Lamela and Dembele changed the game, Kane played well.....all in all a game to forget.

Abit pissed goodnite

Am I the only who can't stop watching soldado's goal? lol

I mean, that's straight out of his valencia strike book. Woohoo!

Gimme some more of that bobby boy, me ol' son!

No, but that is only because that is where my stream is stuck, still buffering.

Haha yea called in a favour. We had one stand behind the goal. Wasn't totally packed out. Think that stand holds 2000 so I would atleast 1500.

the stand held 2400 and was full bar 100 or so....most of our fans were ex-pats....but they were proper spurs ...good crowd.

Funny that, all the players that were "gash" I was hoping would have actually taken this opportunity to put in a good performance.

We've had years of players putting in a couple of decent pre-season performances and we've hung onto them hoping they will have a good season only to be disappointed. We all have players we wish we would sell and others we'd like to keep even if other people have different opinions.

This season, for once, the players I like are doing well and those I don't aren't. It hasn't happened often in the 46 years i've been supporting Spurs so i'm not about to pretend i'm not happy about it this time. I think if people were honest most of us feel that way.

Of course that doesn't mean the club will necessarily sell those players but i'm obviously hoping that is the case. I've never booed or shouted abuse at any of our players but I don't believe any of our fans are such mindless drones that they think all of our players are "just super" and if they do then I have no time for idiots.

Missed both games, WHam and Limmasol, holidays, family commitments.
We won both.
If you can all get up a subscription, say £100 per game, I will stop watching.
Watching, not supporting..
You know it makes sense

I think he is actually aiming for the other side...

I think ur actually blind. This is the sort of goal Bobby was bought for, but quite simply last season the lack of balls like that into the box has been shocking.

Just sat down... Can someone tell me how paulinho played today?? :cautious:
I, personally, think we'll sell him now or in Jan. No way will he work in a CM2 and unless he can prove effective in the 3 (where he has his best chance and can play anywhere across it imo) he's toast.

If poch tried him as #10 against limasoll at home I think we'd all be pleasantly surprised at his contribution though.

Then I'd suggest you've never played football, or certainly have no clue about volleying technique. It went exactly where he was aiming, and he struck it perfectly, cutting under and across the ball with the laces.
