Well, I don't think I've been this sad to see a player leave. We've had players who have left us for better things Modric, Bale, .. But it seems we have given up on him. Rewind back 20 months, he was one of the best if the not best defensive midfielder in the league. Injuries halted that, but I believed with a run of games he could get back to his best, it's such a shame for whatever reason Mauricio didn't think the same. We've not only lost a decent player who always gave it his all but a fantastic character I'm sure the whole squad will miss. I am gutted to see the Beast leave. But I wish him all the best.

Absolute class player, but injuries knocked him down. Wish you all the best in the future Sandro! I also wish you a happy recovery and hopefully you can get back up to where you once were.

I'm absolutely gutted by this, it's characters we need in that dressing room, even if they aren't playing week in week out they motivate those that are with an infectious personality. Losing him and Holtby could be a massive bust for us
