Would definitely have taken a point before the game. Was always going to be a one sided game.

We really need to improve but I was expecting a spanking so we have to be pleased with that. Quite a few positives to take.

A better performance than people will admit to. People forget that the gap between us and the scum has gotten a bit bigger again. We can leave with our heads up IMO, especially considering our past few visits to the Scumerates.

Stupid goal to give away but today the players showed that they cared, can't fault the effort. Proud of the lads. COYS.

A solid point away, but a game we should have won. They created very few clear cut chances like the three 1-on-1 goal scoring chances we had.

The big takeaway from a player personnel perspective is that Kaboul and Vertonghen are a very solid spine going forward. The other major takeaway is that Emmanuel Adebayor has been utterly atrocious this season. This is his fourth straight game where he contributed little to nothing up top. He MUST be dropped, as he badly hurting our attack.

Good result, early days from Poch so hopefully we'll give them more of a proper game next time at the Lane. No idea how Adebayor lasted 90 mins
