Great braveness for the penalty. Really important goal. The timing made the situation far more serious and apparent for Chelsea, which certainly played a part in the final result.
I was very disappointed at the luke warm applause he got when he was subbed. He is our 1st choice on the right and he took a knock again on his ankle. We really need to look after him.

The ball didn't go out of play, and it wasn't offside. Perfectly legit goal, just awful defending.
MOTD showed the goal was legal. It was not awful defending. The team we played today is the best team in the EPL and Hazard was simply superb today. Let's give credit where it is due.

There's a campaign alright: a campaign to protect Chelsea thuggery from proper scrutiny. Cahill did enough today to be sent of three fucking times. Not even a yellow card.

Meanwhile Routledgesaw red for absolutely nothing. What a joke.

Fair's fair. I thought Bentaleb was cooked 20 minutes in and slated his selection. He just kept on going and was important throughout.

BBC have already changed their weak 'Spurs beat Chelsea in thriller' headline on their football homepage to '"Penalty would have been crucial" - Mourinho'. Amazing...

Performances like this will only inspire Lamela to play his best so I can't wait until he's back, though much credit to Townsend today!

Kane, Townsend, Bentaleb, Rose, and Mason started. Started against possibly the fourth top side in Europe.

Incredible performance.

"Penalty would have been crucial".
Well yeah, if it was a pen. But it wasn't was it.
And that's what normally happens for these pricks, same as Man City. They get a gifted decision so the opp have to chase the game, end up winning 4:1 and mouth off how fantastic they were and deserved the win.
I mean they've played against bloody 10 men in most of Decembers games.
Hows about mentioning Cahils red card he DIDN'T receive but should have.
You got stuffed muva fker. Deal with it.

Big shout to the Ref who had a good game in spite of those arseholes.

If you watch kane in that first clip (top left) you see how he keeps his body in front oscar and keeps cutting across him. He does that all the time and either makes the opposition back off from tackling him, keeping them tentative, or makes them rashly tackle him giving him a free kick.

Smart player. Uses his head a lot.

Did you folks in the UK get the coverage with Pleat as a commentator? I am sure everyone has their own views about him, but it makes a refreshing change to have someone who actually likes and knows Spurs doing the special comments.

I MEAN WOW

Watched it on record because it started early here.

Had to go out so watched it three hours ago but the adrenaline is still coursing.

Oh yes! One thing is to just enjoy the victory for a couple of hours, but also to see the changing mood in the thread as the match goes on.

And I to be frank; I also thought we would lose today...
Be fair, if anyone had said before the game we'd win and put 5 past the Chavs they,d have been branded insane.
