Question: Would you rather keep Lloris for another season and end up with Vorm or sell Lloris this summer and if we could get Cech for 3 to 4 seasons?

I would love to keep Hugo but can see him going. Cech isn't getting any younger but could still do a job.

Cech hardly fits the 'sweeper keeper' template. Vorm is very good with the ball at his feet. Don't see Poch wanting to change the defensive ethos myself.

How about keeping Lloris for one more season and getting a new keeper next summer? I'm sure we'll find another good keeper. We did get Lloris after all.

Edit: Besides, Vorm is good in himself. Not top drawer to help take us to the next level like Lloris, but a good enough keeper for where we are now.

Lloris really looked pissed off today and was consistently shaking his head. Think today perhaps helped him make his decision.

I believe that if Spurs had been closer in the race for the CL, or at least had a "positive momentum" at the end of the season, Lloris would be tempted to stay, as I can sense he genuine feelinging for Spurs and that we was willing to stay to play CL with them....but right now he must be thinking he's got not time for that - as it seem too much of a far away dream.
It's almost inevitable that he'll be off thus summer but I really hope he won't join any EPL teams.

The only thing that might save us is if there aren't any teams prepared to spend that sort of money.

You can plan all you like, if someone comes in and offers you really serious money for any player, money that the player is nowhere really worth.... the club will look at it, nothing is set in stone.imo.
