They aren't using the club as a venue, they are using the stadium as a venue. All depends on how the ownership of the stadium is set up. There are lots of good reasons why ENIC would set the stadium up separate from the club. But, I don't know how it is organized under the ENIC umbrella - for Levy and Lewis it does not really matter where the profits come from...
Ok stadium, but having rented venues, some major for events, its integral revenue to the venue not something which is then passed to a holding co. This also impacts on FFP just don't see this as not being part of Tottenham. Does not add up

Is getting Schneiderlin the be all and end all of everything? I personally am not bothered either way as watching him twice against us this seasons, he did not stand out against our midfield which most of you argue are crap and want to dismantle
God please don't let us be one of the clubs who just goes out and buys players because they played well against us one time and avoid those who don't.

Very little ever happens before August. Everyone will disappear on holiday for a month during June.

Only the free agents - Ings, Ayew, Kono, Cambiasso etc. - might do something sooner

Kono apparently is not as "free" as many seem to believe...

Trix on Coys:

(On Lamela)

1) Would take a big bid to get him mate
smiley20.gif

2) Very unlikely he will be leaving.

3) He is the standout player in training every week, and is starting to transfer that to match days. I think it would need to be a very big offer to convince us to sell. I'd put him in the same category as Rose and Nabil as far as our intentions of selling are concerned. On that note Darren Lewis's piece in the Mirror is complete horse shit aswell.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I believe the Mirror piece being referred to is the one about Danny Rose being off to City if there is a 15million bid and Lamela being likely to leave for Italy...

Great news, I really want Lamela to succeed at Spurs, a few flashes of his Roma self last season and more to come next year

Is Harry in his own category?

I imagine Kane is seen in a 'do not sell at any price otherwise I may finally be lynched by a baying Spurs crowd' by Levy. And then comes those that we actively want to keep unless a ridiculous bid comes in.

From his interview the other day looks like he wouldn't want to leave us any way *hums* "he's on of our own"

Glad to see Lamela is one we want to keep. If anyone cares to check his Squawka stats, they compare with the best around, with chances created etc.

Sweet.. that's what I've been saying, Lamela is on board with the Pochettino way.

No way will we be selling Lamela - he will be a massive player for us and is finally growing into life in the Premiership.

Exactly where stats hide a players game. Terrible player so far for us.
Gomes couldn't have described him better

I'm exceedingly happy about the Lamela snippets, I feel like this justifies the weeks of hard work on the ground in the closely fought campaign headed up by @jezz .

Plus, he is going to be a huge player for us- I can feel it in my water :cautious:

Would be the biggest turnaround of all time if he's becomes a top player for us
