Hey - only ever watched one youth game, up at Wycombe many years back.
Couldn't see any links to buying tickets on the OS (in the ticketing section), except for historic game links where U21 match tickets were randomly advertised.
How does one purchase such tickets? Thought it might be a good place to take my 4 year old
A fairly routine win with most of the work done in the first half. Notably LLoris played 90 minutes wasn't overly taxed and Pritchard played the first 45 scoring twice
Spurs played a 4-3-3 with Pritchard given licence to roam
Lloris - had little to do couldn't do much about the goal as the forward had a direct run on goal and took it nicely with the outside of his right foot
Walker- Peters rb - typically progressive you could see that they are concentrating on his defending more as he wasn't as gung ho as he sometimes is but still offered an offensive threat
Ogilvie - lb strong performance very commanding and got forward well
Ball cb - the centre backs had a fairly routine game but both did what they had to do well - perhaps for the goal they got caught a little square but the first hald generally was very open
Carter -Vickers cb pretty much the same as ball
Lesniak dm - he kept possession well passed the ball sensibly and made a few crunching tackle no frills in his game but very tidy
Pritchard cm I have to say I am not to sure where he was playing but given that Amos who replaced him played central I am guessing this was kind of his role - I got the impression early he was easing his way back in but then he had a couple free kicks the first from about thirty yards that was well saved the second minutes later 5 yards further forward he scored with he really gets some work into his free kicks- he got the second as well, that was well finished after a brilliant back heel by Coulthirst gave him space in the box - he never came out for the second half which I imagine was pre-arranged
Harrison cm for me has struggled in the U21's when asked to play up front today he played in midfield and perversely found time and used the ball intelligently linking well with the forwards
Oduwa =LF He struggled a little to get involved early on but improved as the game went on. Scored a nice goal when cutting in from the right flank and finishing nicely between the keepers legs. I didn't think he was at his best today but chose the right time to score as Poch had just turned up subbed later on
Azzoui - rf was well marshalled by Galloway (ex MK Dons first team experience) when he did get away he made some poor decisions in not releasing the ball early enough was subbed
Coulthirst -cf - he battled really well and for me was probably our best player today - did very well with his back to goal and eventually took one of the chances that he battled for - I don't see him as a first team player but today his work was excellent and he battles really well for the team only critcsm is that perhaps he should had more than one
Amos replace Pritchard sat deep with Lesniak and they bossed and bullied Everton he was booked after a corner was cleared and he decided to not let the break develop with a whacking tackle
Sonupe came on for Oduwa and did very well he moves so easily with the ball had one very good shot after a good interchange with Ogilvie
Mcevoy replaced Azzoui and he made life more difficult for Galloway getting to the line a coulpe of time
Loads of scouts today Kevin Watson Stevenage JF Hasselbaink Burton I recognised
Don't worry, there are other way he can test it.It was a bit of a waste of time game for Lloris, because he was barely tested, so wouldn't have gained anything from the game whatsoever - in terms of testing his wrist
Here's my assessment - which is pretty similar to yours other than Coulthirst:
Coulthirst - blimey this kid annoyed me. He was getting screams from his teammates to lay them on and he never even looked. He only had eyes for goal, and 99% of the time he lost the ball by overplaying it. However, he is really strong and powerful and his goal was VERY well taken. Is he ready to be a Kane sub? No way
We had Nathaniel Clyne with us as a youngster but he left as he couldn't get enough game time when we also had Adam Smith.
Arsenal released Kane at 9/10. He's been at Spurs since 11!
I think having seen a lot of Shaq I have a soft spot for him - he plays a pretty selfless role for the U21s and I agree he has his limitations but today and I can see why people might be frustrated with him he did pretty well. he worked hard and eventually scored though sometimes you get the feeling like one of your mates when you are ten that he would stay out there all night to score a goal. His all round play I don't think will ever amount to a premier league striker but in a game like today when the win was pretty routine I thought he did ok occupied the centre halves pretty well and scored and yes he might have rolled a couple in to others in the second half but that's him as a player - You kind of get what you get never going to be great but sometimes appreciated
i thought the story was he decided to leave as it was too far to travel.
i think we then released him at some point though didn't we? but fortunately we got him back, from watford i believe.
i'm not sure how i feel about ehiogu recently saying we're reining kwp's game in, i know he has to work on the defensive side of his game but he's such a weapon going forward so i hope he doesn't become too conservative.

Buzzing to have been called up for England u17s at the end of the month
Joins Jaden Brown and Keanan Bennetts in the squad
But he's got to earn it first right? All for moving him up if he shows he's worth it, but I'd rather we didn't do it just for the sake of it.
I'm not saying it shouldn't happen, I'm just wary that I think because of the potential that's evident in him, we're in danger over over hyping, and wanting too much too quick. If he gets U21 games great, but I think to expect he'll be in there soon is jumping the gun. He's gonna have to learn to earn it at some point. We can't give him a free ride for potential all the way through to the first team (I know he plays well, so it's a complete free ride, but you know what I mean).Yes and no, like SI said a lot of players get moved up to test anyway. Muscatt, Paul, Stylianides and Daly come to mind as first years last year who played u21 football when some would argue they weren't even our best players. Stylianides even played for the 'first team' against Birmingham. Don't get me wrong Stylianides is looking better than I originally thought him to be but I still wouldn't put him as a standout player.
From the couple of u18s games I had watched towards the end of last year Edwards was our best player and I reckon he has carried it on this year. Not to mention he made to Euro u17s TOTT so I think he would justify getting a chance ahead of the 4 mentioned above when they got theirs last year.
Like I said anyway, regardless the guy is an exceptional talent, even if he does play badly, which could happen if he finds it unchallenging, just giving him incentive to sign is crucial for when he turns 17 even if we then put him back in the u18s. What we need right now is him signing that pro contract
For regular league and cup games at Hotspur Way for u18 and u21 football there is no charge - just turn up on the day at the gate and you will be admitted.
Tickets only and charges when games played at stadiums usually
Exactly what crossed my mind reading the reports. Him running at defenders is his best and most dangerous attribute. It's second nature to him and something he is used to. If it is reigned in, he may lose the confidence and instinct to do it. Really would be sad if that side disappeared.

From watching him today I thought they have worked with him to try to understand his role in the team He still went forward and provided an outlet when required but was a bit less buccaneering than perhaps he has been. I think for KWP in the 18's he had the freedom to bomb forward no matter how the game took shape. Today in the first half he was pretty progressive but we went in 3-1 in front and the second half the game was much less open with Lesniak and Amos sitting and Spurs efectively closing out the game in a reasonably dominant fashion and in that situation you don't need your full back bombing on and leaving gaps behind him
Well if he or she is a embarrassment to all Spurs fans let me do what Redcafe should have and ban the name G********** from any post in the futureG********** is an idiot windup merchant. He stops any meaningful debate on there. Africanspur on there is a lot better and has reasonable discussions with the utd supporters.
G********** might come out with some reasoned arguments but it is surrounded by so many idiotic posts the utd fans treat him as a semi troll. He is an embarrassment to spurs fans and i know a lot of posters on here agree with me.
