His argument lost all validity when he couldn't even spell the name of the player. It's bad enough hearing that sort of statement from opposition fans, but understandable given they haven't watched the past 12 months of dross from him. Our fans? Should know better.

I suppose when you've been doing as badly as them you tend to avoid looking at the table.

They are in a false position, Leicester get beaten by top sides with ease. In terms of squad quality they are on level with Sunderland and below Newcastle. So yes if Leicester can beat us so can Sunderland if they sit back and count on crosses.

Sunderland fans:
They are nothing special as the mags showed, but they are a good side.
The key is to hit erikson as soon as he gets the ball. Carroll, Dier and Alli are very decent, but erikson pulls the strings and can pick a killer pass.

@cookiemonster's head just exploded in a fit of rage at the thought of a fan of another team rating Tom Carroll as very decent...

Good point! I mean there was Arsenal, they stuffed them. And then Liverpool they beat them 1-0, well easy. And then errmm...let's see..Man U, no, but they're not really a top side anyway...Chelsea, no they didn't, but who do they beat nowadays anyway? Man City, no again..hmm.

Fair play to you for responding to such a monumentally dimwitted post. Props (y)

I normally dont like posts that come across as aggressive, condescending (dimwitted) or get personal but that post was so daft I couldnt agree more.
I also very rarely give neg ratings, especially wtf but in this instance I felt it would be wrong not to.
Was funny though so had bit of value I suppose.

Reading that gave me an aneurysm.

Yeah okay using that logic, i'm in a false position in life, I should actually be banging Kate Upton and have an 11inch dong.

I look at that Leicester team and I see minimal quality, bunch of rejects from mid table teams assembled together to play dirty football. They will fade into non-existence next season similarly to Southampton. But for this season it seems they have taken our top 4 spot and it hurts me deep inside because I look at that team and see a hoof ball team who count on corners and park the bus in the big games against our team who play beautiful flowing football and get beat.

Southampton, nonexistence? The same Southampton that sit just 9 points behind us & are having a pretty poor season?

Blimey, I thought your first post was all kinds of crazy, but the last one makes Batshit crazy look positively normal.

Well you do have a point there but if we're so great and they're so bad we should be able to deal with it but we didn't.
As has been said repeatedly by others, teams keep playing right into their hands. Its mind boggling really.
Imo, and said this to my bro last night, it seems a hell of a lot of teams right now have a plan A and thats it.
They set their stall out, we play this way, and thats it. If it doesn't work they're fked.
As most teams play 1 up front, possesion based, slow sideways backwards high line keep ball football they just cant deal with a fast counter attacking team.
Frustrating as months later teams, inc us, are still pushing up to the half way line giving Leicester half the pitch to run into and are still taking so long to get forward that Leicester have 11 men behind the ball by the time we've done our 93 sideways backwards passes (obviously I don't think we play that bad and can play some lovely fast stuff but every now and then we do go back to AVB territory. See 20min into fa cup game, Toby to Wimmer, to Toby... to Wimmer, to Toby, to Wimmer to .... Toby, hoof lol).
I remember under AVB my 70 yr old dad saying this slow possession football is shit. If a team went 442 with pace and went at these teams they wouldn't know what had fkin hit them.
Well now we know.
Its a bit like when the CL teams got a fkin shock when we bowled up and just went for the jugular.
No, no you cant do that, this is the CL. You need to keep the ball and hope you can work an opening and if you're lucky youll get a chance before the end. Like watching a game of chess not football.
Fk that. Two lightening wingers, cross the ball in, goal. 3 passes and job done lol. Pulled teams all over the place with Lennon and Bale. You can't double up on 2 fast as fk wingers. I'm a football dinosaur lol. Just run around a bit lol.
That said we were bloody unlucky not to win but it keeps happening and if teams aren't going to change to deal with how Leicester play then Leicester will keep winning.
I think if we'd had another out and out striker just to mix it up with 20min to go we would have won but we'll never know.
