If you've supported Spurs for anything longer than a week, you really should have embraced the "enjoy it while it lasts" mindset. It's the only way you'll get through it.

That story isn't going to be true. Who are these representatives the Sun speaks of?

He has no agent!
Its his Dog Walker and his wive's Tennis Coach.

Baring in mind all the papers are re-hashing this story, I would LOVE it if Poch released a statement, directly, not via the club, laughing this off as he "has no representatives".

That would be awesome!

Causing a stir in us fans I guess.. But no matter what, this last 13 games we gotta stand behind the club, Poch and the team to push for the highest standing possible.. No one head should be turned, including us.. Poch gotten us to believe this season, we shall return the favour..

Fucking manure BTW.. Disgusting shameless shit..

If he goes to Yanited (and i think it's total bollocks) then he will have to change his philosophy as i cannot see the owners or fans wanting to see him form a team made up of spotty twenty year old's.

Not including Kane in that lot as he has a seamless, beautiful face without a single blemish...................................

I would luv it, just luv it, when, within a next few weeks, the club announces that Poch has just signed a new
contract extension.

Not that it would seal his stay for the imminent future, but I think Poch is not the type to move on, just after signing a
new deal. He left Saints for different reasons.
Extensions to contracts is no protection or guarantee to whether a Manager or player will leave, or the owners eventually selling them.

A little optimistic, but knowing Levy there might be a clause in his contract that prevents him from signing for another Premier League club.

Would contravene EU regs on restraint of trade, so impossible to enforce. If Poch indicated he wanted to leave, Levy could insist he works out his contract, but no one ever does that due to the negative consequences that ensue.

Not worried about this, just pissed off. It's just a blatent attempt to destabilise us as we start to pull away from United. They are looking very likely to miss out on the CL this year, and they are shitting themselves.

And as for The Sun, I would be genuinely ashamed to write for that paper. As a medic I saw their pathetic smear campaign against docs a few weeks back... The best they could come up with was that some doctors own a house and others have been on holiday (it will be the same again tomorrow). I would believe absolutely nothing I see written in that piece of shit.

Not saying he is going but I refuse to be smug about Poch's loyalty to us. I have seen money and "ambition" talk so many times.
Bingo. Not sure why people are laughing at this link. I have no doubt Man Utd would have him on a list of candidates. He left soton to come to us to further his career. Would he move to the biggest club in the world and triple his salary and become a rich man? I sure hope not but a player certainly would

A bit like LVG giving the journo an earful the other day.... Journo creates story out of fuck all, Journo states Man Utd not denying it, LVG says they wont need to deny anything you created the nonsense.

Same applies here, story created out of thin air, nothing for the club to respond to as its a total non story.

I think he's proven that he is far more important than any player we have so we may need to offer him a significant pay rise to keep him here. He's worth it though...

I don't think it's as clear as that, the chairman at the time of Poch's appointment, Nicola Cortese resigned as far as I remember they were close friends. It was as much Cortese's project as Poch's to work Southapton as a project long term. Cortese resigned and all the hard work Poch had put in with Lallana, Shaw and Lovern was sold out from below him, and the project it seemed was over. That's why he left from what I can see, of course he may still have left for us but we simply don't k ow for sure.
