Huh. Didn't expect a draw tbh. Dang. 5 pts between us an Leicester. Spilt milk and all that.

I almost ended up on the pitch for our second goal.

Looking forward to motd just for this reason...

My son and I appeared on the BBC website heading to the game! Awesome!

Gutted to be 0-1 down at half-time after having played decently but we lacked a cutting edge.

Coquelin's celebrating in front of us in the E Lower was horrible so when he was sent of for a nothing challenge it was great, especially when we went 2-1 up was sweet revenge.

I really think Lamela's substition (enforced, red card waiting to happen) have Sanchez more freedom and we buckled ultimately which was gutting.

Either way, it's done. Our team has the capability to keep winning - however so do Leicester, it seems.

I dislike the phrase 'in game management'. Neither team can 'manage' a game of football. Football is inherently unpredictable, which is why it's the most popular sport in the world. This idea of managing games has crept into punditry along with the idea that certain teams 'should' win things. It's all nonsense - thankfully, otherwise football would be no fun at all.

You may dislike it but I'm afraid it was a factor today and it's something we need to sort out as it's happened before in the same period of other matches.

Not a bad result in the scheme of things, but mentality wise it's worrying we couldn't take advantage of a 10 man arsenal.

We were all over them and then Lamela went of and the game changed. Don't think mason was the answer at that stage and should have been son or chadders.

I understand the idea, but it signals we are happy to see it out which is always a dangerous game.

Aside from that the game was highly engaging and we are the youngest team in the league so plenty to learn.

Really should've had Chadli on

Somehow we still have a chance to win this league...given the fact we've only taken 1 point from a possible 6 this week...still many points to play for...COYS

Poch messed up today IMO.

Lamela off and Son instead of Chadders?!

At the risk of sounding knee jerk, I think Son needs a fair bit of 1 on 1 coaching and gym time.

the most annoying thing today other than arsenal playing better than us with 10 men is that they will gain confidence from the performance and result which will probably spur them on for the rest of the season.

they showed real character today after being slagged off by their own fans

They said that after they beat Leicester.

Still gutted
Likewise. Had a real opportunity to put the Gooners under even more pressure by beating them, we had momentum in the game. When we scored the equaliser I was shouting for us to keep our feet on their throats. Scored a fabulous goal soon after and then seemed to take our feet off their throats and gave them some belief.

Next two league games, six points a must.

Nah, they're going to get ripped apart by Barca.

Alas. Another depressive.
Have a cup of tea.
I'll put the kettle on.
Open the biscuits will you?

I suspect that you posted this around the time of your bathroom break but nevertheless I am flattered to have made such an impression upon you as to be worth the bother of your witticisms, Personally I dont generally make such an effort for people who are not in keeping with my mindset in a particular moment but I appreciate you putting yourself out there for me when I most needed you.

As I said at the time, this is the first performance of the whole season that left me in a mood of disappointment but I feel much better now and am glad to be back in keeping with your inspirational positivism. The Irish tea helped obviously.

Just watched the MOTD highlights. Maybe draw was fair result. But Kame's goal is up there with Alli's IMO. Worldy of a goal from there! Dier lucky to not get a second yellow. I know people mentioned Bellerin should've gone and that wasn't shown. Fair play Ramsey for the first, audacity to backheel it as nothing else on. Nobody mentioned to me about the ball mostly over the line! Before technology that may have been given, you never know.

Can't get over Kane's goal though! Will happily replay over and over even if it wasn't the winner!

Ridiculous levels of sporn for both their goals. The goal difference column says otherwise but I can't help but feel that we have to work much harder for our goals than our opposition...

The problem with Chadli is his lack of defensive work, which when we were 2-1 up was the issue. Lamela was on a yellow for a long time and it made sense for him to come off. I liked Pochettino's press performances, very bullish.
