Confirmed through my account that I have received my ticket for the Liverpool game. No email received though.

Can anyone help with a ticketing issue? I had been successful in winning a ticket in the ballot for the crystal palace game, but when I look at the account page it doesnt show up, though it seems to be indicating I've got a ticket due for the Liverpool game. Im very confused!! Here's what it shows,
  • You have +1 loyalty point, awarded for SPURS v LIVERPOOL (PREMIER LEAGUE SEASON 2016-2017) on 02/08/2016, 17:39.

  • You have +3 loyalty points, awarded by manual adjustment on 01/08/2016, 14:06

  • You have +15 loyalty points, awarded for OH Bronze ADULT Renew on 22/06/2016, 06:30 .

It is likely that the +3 by manual adjustment is for the Palace game.

Would that mean they've removed the palace game from my account, and given recompense by those 3 bonus points. Or the game is still on my account but not showing for some reason?

I've had it before, often at the start of the season when the system is updating, that loyalty points for games I have a ticket for have been added manually rather than as you see for the Liverpool game. So while it is just a guess I would suggest that the 3 loyalty points are for the palace game, I could be wrong though.

I hope so. Cheers for replying, puts my mind at rest.

I completely missed the Liverpool ballot. Would be interesting to know what the lowest loyalty points to get a ticket are, I don't think I'd be in with a chance to be honest!

From the Spurs email sent out to confirm the application:

"Tickets for this fixture have been issued at random, based on the maximum price submitted, to those One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite members who applied by the deadline and who have 39 or more loyalty points. Only the members of the group with sufficient loyalty points qualify for a ticket. Tickets have NOT be issued based on the average number of points within a group."

Only need 39 points. I think a lot of people didn't bother either because they thought they wouldn't have enough or don't like the new application system, or didn't realise the (poorly publicised) application window had closed.

Just so people know, they've changed how they're doing the Catergory A tickets too. You just apply and if you have enough points you're given a random seat, rather than having any say whether you want the West Upper or Park Lane Lower.

Well if that's the case and you can't even specify which stand you want to be in, then it's even more of a joke, I certainly won't be applying for any cat A games this season.

Last season at WHL is going to be such a let down. I understand the reduced capacity/ higher demand would cause problems, but this lottery system is ridiculous. I have always sat in the south lower with a group of mates so the thought of having my last ever game at WHL in the west upper is just sad, there has to be a better way.

Oh no :( I guess you could e-mail the ticket office and ask just in case: there's likely to be some returns from people who've been given seats they either don't want or can't afford, and it's not completely impossible that they'd prioritise you over someone with 20 points or whatever.

Agreed. They've clearly messed up and not thought it through because it's not the way they said they were going to do it to begin with so hopefully they review the process before the next Category A fixture.

According to the mail from Tottenham there where 6406 applications for 4950 tickets. And people with 39 loyalty points have been successful in the ballot.

astounded at how few applications there are.
Wonder if levy and co are worried.

I imagine a lot of people (myself included) are being put off by the ballot system itself.

Plus at NWHL there will be a huge increase in the number of ST holders.
