That ITK is very easy to believe. Just looked at the squad on the OS, it looks so thin in terms of options and quality.

It's so hard to believe we aren't going to bring in 2-3 outfield players today, but it's looking like just the one - GKN.

based on the last 10+ transfer windows i think you are very wrong, plenty of players from all over the world will leave last minute, especially players like Sissoko (been wanting out of Newcastle for weeks now) and Isco (ok i know it is dead) as Madrid have plenty of players to spare.

At the end of the day money talks, which is also the reason that despite the fact we COULD sign players today easily, we won't.

have to disagree, if we really serious about Isco or any player for that matter we wouldn't be trying to sign him on the last day.

We at SC are fuming about that too.

We got in a dozen crates of Skol, three gross of party poppers, bunting, confetti, trays of sandwiches from tescos, the whole shebang to celebrate our triumphant deadline day. We even got in a box of paper Spanish flags to wave in Iscocelebration.

****s.

If the ITK's were wrong about Isco coming, why can't they be wrong about Poch being angry? You can't be selective with ITK news. All the ITK's have been right and wrong at some point, why get so upset about Poch news when most of the stuff mentioned in the window hasn't come off for whatever reasons.

Im still hopefull on a mad ending to this window! I dont think isco is as dead as they say it is!
I'm sure he's alive and well, but there's more chance of him snuffing it today than joining Spurs...

Apparently the chap was wearing a spurs tracksuit, I said it was probably a Chelsea guy dressed up!

Your mate's winding you up a treat, but send me all your bank details and I'll wire you some money to make you feel better, don't forget card number, expiry and security code...

I don't think any of them ever said that Isco was coming, or even that it was likely. Just that we were in negotiations with him, his father/agent and Madrid.

A poster said on COYS when talking about Poch and players being sold

"but I can't see that, given the thin squad, Poch would have wanted Mason (and possibly Chadli) to leave without replacement."

Ali Z responded that

(Hope this makes sense)
