If it's anything close to the atmosphere created at the Lyon stadium, this will be an absolute belter.

I reckon the larger lower tier at Lyon helps the atmosphere by having lots of proper fans sat together. The emirates has too much of a gap between lower and upper tier with the corporates in the middle. Atmosphere comes from the lower tier in every ground. At the emirates its too small. We should get around it by having the kop.

This is the first construction build I've ever had a real interest in following and what strikes me most is the work involved and the capacity for things to go wrong.

Obvious really, but it's only when you see something of this magnitude being put together over time that it sinks in what a collosal responsibility the contractors and the project managers have for getting every step right along the way.

Funny enough my three sons work on big construction sites and are regularly drug tested.

That's comforting to know. So many times I've overheard workman on the tube making it quite clear what they've been doing and I've known several builders with plenty of spare cash which basically used to end up their noses.

Not that I have a prudish attitude to drugs, but I'd rather not think the people building my kitchen/house or a stadium are stoned :D.

Big companies insist on tests even for sub contractors. Random tests are carried out on site.

Up th nose is the preferred option, cocaine doesn't linger in the body very long at all.

I find most of the photos of the site not very informative, but this set shows the site in detail and very clearly, especially what is involved in manoeuvring the rakers into place
