The other day they were drilling holes, I imagine for piles, between the support and the Paxton stand so perhaps they will put up a new support nearer to the stand itself remove the existing support, build the core and then just remove the new support when they knock down the stand next summer.

Youre a fucker, i recognised my error wlmost immediately but couldn't be hothered to go back and amend my original post.

I can argue and say the buikders fucked up, they needed a bouncy castle here to cushion the stadium once catapulted from their building location.

Well could still play on the new stadium, but at a reduced capacity. We could then increase during the season as transport links ect improve.


However, this would take away some of the excitement of the new stadium

It looks as though there will be 7 level above the top of those 'catapults'. The new stadium really is going to tower above the old one. This is the exciting stage, then we have the boring wait until the inside is all finished during which we all get bored with it!

It's been said (not sure if official) that the stadium will be the height of the logos on the cranes we have on site
