Nearly every pub around the area was rammed with queues about 6 people deep.So what pub by Wembley will you lot be in? Heading to game with the old man (Chelsea fan, wanted him to hear the CL music so he can get misty eyed) and looking for somewhere to have a few before the match

Best bet is to get in the stadium and have a few drinks in the concourse with other fans

it was really loud where I was with the guys behind us banging on the roof bit above their seats, sounded great. but when I spoke to my mate and his dad who took me to the game who were practically on the other side of the stadium they said they couldn't hear us. the noise just doesn't carry around the ground
Hey Neilp, i'm guessing not - but it may also depend on how frequent the trains are from Wembley Central. Not tried it so can't really provide an answer. Is Wembley Central likely to be as busy as Wembley Park is after a game?

i think we're all trying to work out the easiest way home as that wait for Wembley Park was a nightmare last time. Given that the weather will be worse this time, it'll make it harder esp for young kids.
That's ok if you want tea, coffee or coke. you wont get a beer in the stadium though - Uefa competition rules
Yes it is true, I had a nice pint with my pie at half time.Someone told me that the only place you could buy alcohol was in Club Wembley. Can anyone who was sitting there for the Monaco game confirm whether or not this is true?
took 20-30 mins to get into the station due to size of the crowdquick question - did anyone use Wembley Stadium station to get home after the Monaco match?
If you stayed for the final whistle, What were the waiting times like?
(i'm not keen on waiting over an hour to get on at Wembley Park as my son was shattered last time)
Cheers
was the torch decent last time?
Best thing is carry out from Sainsburys, before the match. No hassle at all from the Monaco match, only that it stops selling Alcohol around 6:30pm.
I got down there at 3 last time, it was quite easy to get a drink at that point but really was a ball-ache after about half 5 tho. Atmosphere was on point (there was even the return of the blue flare from the cup final) but for drinks after 5 I would recommend switching to the local offy and passing the drinks over the garden fence

Thanks Mate - took just over an hour to get on Wembley Park - so that could be a better option.took 20-30 mins to get into the station due to size of the crowd
