behind the goals are where they want the atmosphere-makers to be, with the kop on the South stand and the away fans in the North stand, so encouraging the season ticket proles into those areas makes perfect sense for all.
But it affects lots of people. I sit in the west upper right on the half way line, it's an incredible view and I've sat there for 30 years.
I hate sitting behind the goal as I can't stand the view. Obviously I put up with it for away games but I would never get a season ticket behind the goal.
I pay a lot for my season ticket, but I'm not going to be prepared to pay more for the same view, or the same for a worse view, but that's the reality of what's going to happen. A view that costs £1000 at WHL will cost £3/4/5K at Naming Rights. I expect a lot of people will be in the same position, and reluctantly give it a miss as a result.
