Looking at the players at Arsenal they have not improved. All the youngsters that showed high potential have just not progressed at all.
Walcott, Ramsey, Gibbs, Oxerlade-chamberlain, Wilshere, Coqeulin, Bellerin, Iwobi and more, were highly rated and due to injurys and poor management have turned into run of the mill players. It's not bad luck, it's a lack of leadership on and off the pitch.
None of the above players are as good or as hungry as what we have.
They need a real change, Wenger has to go and I imagine if they don't get top 4 he will be pushed.
They need to have an almighty clear out and sort out there youth system. The whole team seems to have stagnated, Sanchez is the only player who actually gives a dam and he will be the first one out the door.
Ferguson had to reinvent the team, he brought in Evra, Vidic, Ronaldo etc.. to rebuild and Arsenal need the same. It would be madness if they don't have wholesale changes and invest heavily.
It's also the formation, Wenger has found out he no longer play with marauding full backs with 4 at the back without significantly good defensive midfielders.
I respect what Wenger has done over the years even if he has been a right git about it, but he hasn't realised that football has changed. Pep, Mourhino, Poch and even Klopp have introduced new styles and Wenger has continued to play the same way.
If I was an Arsenal fan I would have been ashamed to call him a dinosaur but as a Spurs fan - he is a dinosaur.
In all walks of life if you do not change and keep with the times you will eventually fail, I have no sympathy for the guy, he is stuck in his ways and deserves to be pushed.
But in a respectful way, it is embarrassing to see idiot fans and their stupid comments but respectful or not he has to go if Arsenal are to progress.

Worst we'd see when i would walk to the game was some real low quality t-shirts listing our cup wins or with a funny cockerel on. "The Chavski Slayer" - No-one has EVER called him that, have they? Where the fuck does this come from?
