Have to say this is one of the quiet windows for itk that I can remember for quite a while.
It's July almost and yet we don't look close on anything at least on the surface, maybe we will all get surprised soon.

Pretty sure the last two windows at least have been very quiet compared to a few years ago. Just how it is now.

Apart from Everton has anyone in the league made more than two signings?
There's not been a lot of real activity. Lots of rumours and hearsay but little significance.
Reports said Mendy was close to joining City just hours after Silva joined - five weeks later and that's not happened. I'd given up on Douglas Costa about two weeks ago when reports said Juventus were close to a deal - just checked and there's not been much movement since.....
Every window we say one deal will kick everything off. For instance some say Everton's spending spree will be funded by the sale of Lukaku and/or Barkley. I'm not sure about that. Sunderland got £100m prize money for finishing bottom.
PL clubs don't need to sell. If they do it's on their terms. Us with Walker, Arsenal with Sanchez, Everton as mentioned. I don't believe PL clubs can bully another as in the past. Abroad is different but most foreign clubs will see better value for money elsewhere.
