To be fair it never seemed like the problem was agreeing a fee with Lazio. The problem was always the player seemed only interested in joining Juve. If something change I'm sure we will be all over it

Very harsh. Monaco have spent extremely well this summer and seem to be turning into the Dortmund of France. Dendoncker, Tielemans, Jovetic, Balde would be some serious incoming talent.

Dendoncker is not at Monaco. He is available to transfer as per his agent but talks have been denied. Tielemanns and Jovetic are good buys though. Thought Jovetic would have been decent as backup here.
