Obviously a shame, but don't actually think we've missed him or Dembele too much so far this season.

We’ve done well without both of them but it makes it imperative that we bring someone else in in January as we’re threadbare in central midfield without them.

Only from a rotations standpoint. Getting through December will be a little tricker without Wanyama - need Dembele to stay healthy. With no back-up for Dier, its harder for him to be a back up for the back line.

That's true but we're only in October. The busiest part of the season is yet to come. It's a lot to ask for both Winks and Dier to remain fit and maintain form for the rest of the season.

Don't disagree, we'll need a little more in there. But we've not been hit too hard by their absence thus far. Just trying to add some perspective.

Have to think we fucked ourselves(in more ways than one) by rushing him back for Chelsea when he was clearly not ready yet in the slightest

Personally think we've missed Wanyama a lot. We lack power and bite in midfield.

Agree absolutely. Without a true ball-winner, we had to swarm any of the Manure midfielder with the ball, often with 3 players. So at the last 15 minutes or so, we were tired and a bit slow to the ball. The goal we conceded showed that every player who could have covered was slow to react to the danger.

We do seem to be doing a fine job of breaking players over the last couple of years.

Yeah that is one of the issues. The last two titles have been won by clubs that had ridiculously light injury lists.. Although we've coped admirably in general, you want Dembele and Wanyama available from the start in big matches against Jose's cloggers.

I’d blood foyth as quickly as possible DM.Maybe give him a start against palace. For me he has everything to be a top DM.If dier gets injured we are well and truely screwed.Would leave us no obvious DM and 3 Experienced CB.
