I'm amazed ppl are expecting so much under these conditions. You can't zip the ball about and that's the team we are. It was no coincide we stopped playing as soon as the pitch had patches of water on it.

Think we’ve been admirable considering truly terrible conditions

I’m just praying no one’s leg snaps

It’s been all foreplay and no fuck so far. Should have made the most of Llorente being up front by whipping crosses in, but we’ve set up with inverted wingers.

Swansea are terrible, we should have killed them off in the first 15 minutes.

dunno why but I think Sissoko would thrive in these conditions

Now imagining Sissoko doing a slalom run, a la Hoddle vs Oxford, as Swansea players slip over around him, rounding the keeper as the goalie falls on his arse

Then he hits it wide

Why are we trying to pass it through the eye of a needle against a packed defence, on a soggy pitch on the edge of the area. Take a fucking shot!

I'd actually consider Sissoko with another game in a couple of days. This isn't a game for flair players.

I played once on the King George V playing fields in WGC in a monsoon. The grass was already gone so the top 2” turned into Soup with gravel below. Cut me to ribbons on my first slide tackle.

Ended up sent off after fighting a bloke just to keep warm!!!

Played many a times on that same playing field, never good when it gets wet with the amount of pot holes etc, these players don't know what they have today :)
