Don't know why but I'm fucking nervous for my 3rd and final job interview in the next hour. Refreshing within the threads here so many times in transit hoping to keep me distracted, but only add more butterflies to my stomach.

Hope all good news from all fronts today.

Best of luck (y)

Well. That will teach me for falling asleep at 9pm yesterday. The goat escapes and all hell breaks loose. Good work ITK’s sounds like we are in for our usual end of window craziness.

If we sign a decent striker I will double my monthly subscription. Get working you little bald dwarf.

I find it a little difficult to see us still pursuing Malcolm in the summer assuming the LM deal goes through. Surely these would have been 2 options for the same role and I can't see us spending another £40 million on that basis -I am sure we would rather use the money elsewhere - eg a back up for Eriksen ?

They're opposite footed. Malcom is a left footer like Lamela and would be on the right cutting in, Moura is right footed and would play primarily on the left.

Not entirely sure about that when it comes to Lucas. I think he will play on the right. Albeit with the caveat that our attacking players will move around a bit.

The official deadline for all transfers to be wrapped up for clubs in the UK is 11pm on Wednesday 31st January.

Deals can be finalised up until 1am on February 1st, as long as a ‘deal sheet’ has been submitted by the club to let authorities know that a deal is close.

So if Llorente goes to Chelsea and we were to sign Bats on swap could that mean Aubameyang wont go to Arsenal ?

Not sure I understand Hercules' assertion that we'll be laughing at what a shambles Arsenal are and revelling in the glory that our recruitment is 'second to none' at the end of the window as it stands. If they sign Aubameyang, one of the best forwards in the world, and get rid of the shrug of a striker that is Giroud, as well as adding decent backup in Mkhitaryan, while we sign only Moura, don't quite see how that makes them a laughing stock and us kings of the market? Sounds like the hyperbole Spurs glasses are on to me.

They've lost Sanchez who is a proven superior player to Aubameyang in this league.

Kane is also the better striker than Aubameyang and will continue to score more goals here.

If they'd kept Sanchez and Ozil and signed Miki and Auba then I'd agree with you but they are losing or have lost their two best players and are signing a complicated 28 year old with an attitude problem and Mikataryan who was generally crap at United and hasn't replicated his Dortmund form in the PL at all.
