Much better at the end. Son and Lucas has to come on In the second half, we need pace. This game is far from over we can still win this COYS

We've really fought our way back after an awful start. Kudos to the lads. This ain't over yet we've seen this city team crumble in the past.

Pochettino definitely have some tweaking to do though.

Get in.

Still make changes at half imo. Press the hell out of them and bring on wanyama.

And to those that say Lamela needs to come out need to understand what he does. He is all over them

Poch needs to switch to either three at the back or 4-3-3. I personally think Lamela needs to make way. He is having a shocker of a game, late to his tackles, poor decision making on the ball and generally poor execution on the ball. Lamela off, Wanyama on and allow Dembele to sit further up the field to take care of the City midfield and retain possession in an area we are currently nowhere.

I’m very positive. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt about us. We just get better as games goes on. I can easily see a 3-2 to us.

It's the tactics, not the effort. We are pressing them around their area with our attacking players but the midfield two have clearly been told to sit deeper to protect the back four. Which has left a massive gap in midfield for City to exploit and run at us.
It's exactly what they did to us at the Etihad. Ederson just picked his passes beyond our press and City were in an advantageous position. That's why pressing as a collective is so important and the men behind need to ensure they are pressing the players Emerson can pass too, but we haven't been.

Very disappointing start, we are much better than that showing. Despite that we are still in with a shout, we need to make sure City don't get a firing start in this second half and I feel that if we equalise we will go on to win but we have to be careful and not give them anything.

Just laughing to myself - but it would be great bantz if supporters sang Harry's song after every Spurs goal...

Despite a completely anemic first 40 minutes and two incorrect penalty decisions that both went against us, we are still somehow in the match.

We need to decide how we actually want to approach the game for the second half. If the plan is to sit back and hit them on the counter, then bring on someone with the pace to actually punish them. If the plan is to press, we need to actually press. Had absolutely no clear tactical approach in that first half, but if we can play anywhere near what we're capable of in the second then we can absolutely still get a result here.

I think we need to get more legs in the team second half, up the tempo, get to them quicker and have the ability to get around the back

...that nasty spell put them off their game - need to throw everything at them in the 2nd (without getting a red) and hope they crumble...

City in the 2 games this season are the only team we have played in the last 3 years that I thought were actually better than us (I don't mean just on the day)

Shocking first half from us, lucky to be only 2-1 down but have a chance thanks to that late strike....!

Come on lads, much bigger performance needed in that 2nd half, they will be nervous after what happened last weekend

Eriksen has been in top scoring form of late. His 10th goal in the PL this season. We now have 3 players on double figures in league goals this season.
