I don't know who you're trying to impress but ffs mate sometimes you just gotta concede we were shit.
No, we weren't. It was a roughly even game, against a good team, away from home with a rotated side. That isn't shit. We aren't going to win every game or outperform every opponent. No club does that, not even Barcelona or Bayern Munich. I'm all for high expectations but criticising our team this much for an away draw isn't fair and doesn't help anyone.

Very frustrating, right from the off - no fluidity.

One point is more than Arse have got away from home in 2018 but missed the chance to tighten up on Liverpool, that's annoying.

Grrrr.

Hope I’m wrong, but I have so little confidence in us beating united. I didn’t really before the game, but now I’m convinced we’re going out. Season could end on a real sour note if we don’t sort things out and fast.
I fear for us if we lose to United. I'd start to get the 2016 feeling.

I have a bad feeling we're going to be relying on Chelsea's result against Liverpool. Easily winnable for them though especially with what the prize could be.

Let's pray Burnley can nick a point off them on Thursday, that would really help us.

Fucking hell you lot are a miserable bunch of ****s sometimes. We rested a few with our league objectives looking good in the aim of winning a cup, played some who are struggling a little for form and fitness, and came away with a 1-1 draw against a team who are in the top half of the league for home form, remaining clearly in the Top 4 despite not having a proper home ground all season and being comfortably behind five other teams in terms of resourced. And people react like we've put in the worst performance ever and lost to an amateur side.

No it wasn't brilliant. You're always going to have better games and poorer games. But seriously, get some perspective and cheer up a little!

Bad attitude. We have a top side, and we haven’t secured CL yet. Brighton away is a game we should be winning, no excuses. It’s not as if luck wasn’t on our side tonight, we were bloody awful.

Eriksen is arguably our best player along with Kane.

But I do have a problem with him. These are the games I expect him to step up. If he wants Madrid/Barca they'd expect a player to do just that.

Please don't give me that 'we were shit in the 90s' nonsense. Yes we were bad, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't adapt to new standards the club has tried to set. A worrying amount of our fanbase still think like we're plucky outsiders, when really all things considered we're one of the best teams in the country as of late.
4th is a brilliant season buddy ‘ all things considered’

Aurier and Sissoko cannot be accommodated in the same team. Like playing with 9 men.
Get rid of both of them.

When they play it reminds me of that episode of Have I got News for You where the contestant didnt turn up so they just stuck a tub of lard on the seat in his place for the entire show.

I just cannot fathom how they ever get put down on the team sheet.

We’ve been playing shit since we beat Chelsea and then everyone also found out what Daniel Levy has paid himself.

Wouldn’t surprise me if the players are pissed off that we under pay them but Levy is paid more than double any other chairman.
Yeah well failing to qualify for the CL isn't likely to boost the possibility of wages being increased.

Sissoko just cannot play anymore. He does not have a redeeming factor, he can't pass/dribble/shoot, and he's not even good at breaking up play and winning back possession. Just terrible. I realize that everyone else was bad as well but we cannot play with a CM who is just a waste of space. I truly hope to never see him on the field for Spurs ever again.

It's always gonna be difficult with so many changes. If we start with our first 11 tonight we win. This one is on Poch I think.

Here's an idea - you're facing a team that's packing out the middle of the field.

How about we put a right footer high up on the right, and a left footer high up on the left. Stretch the game out and destroy their shape.

NO. Actually let's play everyone through the middle and try and score an impossible goal through 10 players.
