I think this is just standard terminology in business.
Which is exactly my point.

No he will be paid wimore.Thats the problem it’s not the 90s anymore the game is totally different ,you happy just being a fluffier. He got paid £6 million in one year. It doesn't mean it will be the same in the next accounting period.
Maybe you're desperate to get back to the Sugar years or maybe how we were under Irving Scholar who nearly bankrupted the club?
Yeah, they were much better than it is now!

Your right his salary will increase and he’s failed again. Now it’s One trophy in 18 years. Its no longer the 1990s by the way the games has moved on..# feel the glory and watch us rise..
You're wasting your breath mate, look at his sig.Ok bright spark, how much would you expect to be paid if you were CEO, Chairman, 27% Owner of the club and control of the holding company's voting rights be paid?
Don't forget, among your responsibilities you'd be overseeing one of the largest private construction projects in Europe, responsible for securing the financing for the project, identifying and securing naming rights partners, signing identified players, selling players and negotiating contracts with current staff.

Your right the game has moved on since the 90s. Then there were no clubs like Chelsea and Man City bankrolled by people with bottomless pits of money or a Man Utd team that were the richest in the world. Competition has increased massively since the 90s. Yet we have had the best/highest consistent finishes in the league since the 60s. So the club is going in the right direction.
To tell you the truth, I couldn’t care less what Levy is paid. But like you say, the game has moved on compared to the 90s, £6 million is nothing nowadays in football terms. Then it would have been a big deal or about half the debt when we nearly went under.
Its not that unusual. I have been in companies where top salesmen can earn more than the president - and its because they drive more revenue. Same situation with the players. People only pay to see the players - not the manager or chairman. It's always astounded me that clubs pay players more than the manager or chairman. You might have some programming geniuses at Amazon, who make sure their algorithms keep them on top of the game, but do you think they get paid more than Jeff Bezos?
True, people only pay to see players, but if you have no proper planning and leadership, you get left with shit, demotivated, and decrepit players - or as they are known in the business - West Ham.Its not that unusual. Yes twitter rumour. But has been linked with West Ham. We’d obviously make more sense given NFL link.
The microsoft man?
Yup that’s him.
He could do either. Allen is worth two Abramovich's, give or take a billionWould he be buying it to run it as Abramovich, or as a part of a company/group?
We signed Alli for 5 million.Indeed things changed. Greaves was signed for 99,999.00 pounds so he wouldn’t be the first 100,000 pound player. Now who can you sign who is decent for 6,000,000 pounds ? In footballing terms it is a nothing amount which says a lot about how football is out of control financially.
