I predict nothing will change then Watford will get an equaliser and all the momentum too.

Harry talked about how team needs to improve mentality but is he is shook after one small affair. Completely useless couple of games in a row.

Like I said after 10 mins we are playing like a team that’s lost the last 3 at home and totally lacking in confidence. Compounded by lots of players simply out of form at the wrong time like Kane, Son, Dembele, Davies etc.

Unfortunately, you can’t even say we at least look solid at the back because we don’t. We’ve had most of the ball, but Watford have had the best chances.

Can’t fault the effort, but it’s been poor and thankfully we’ve been gifted a goal. Hopefully we can put a couple of decent moves together and take the chance because I can see us conceding.

What’s he been saying mate, I’m watching abroad so don’t have the sky coverage.

Was asked if Poch should be judged on trophies and Neville emphasised how we're already outperforming expectations based on net spend. Also mentioned how great managers maximise the potential of the players and gave many examples of that (Walker, Rose, Eriksen, Kane etc). There's plenty more but I can't remember it all, got it recorded so can post it later if anyone's interested to see it

Bloody hell is Dembele looking off the pace. He should be off at half time but we all know Poch's in game management skills:banghead:
The problem is who comes on for him??

You can't really swap straight for Wanyama I'd have thought. Unless you drop Eriksen back and get Lamela on.

Sonny needs to sharpen up too.

Every chance Watford have had has resulted from us gifting the ball in central midfield. We’re playing ok when we attack, but our defenders keep getting caught because Dembele and Dier pass directly to an opponent in an attacking position.

Trippier and Lloris have been great. Son has been invisible and Kane semi-involved. But the main problem has been unforced errors in midfield.

The outfield players seem to be doing their best to fuck things up and bottle top 4 but Hugo won't let them.

I'd say we need a kick up the ass but we've needed one since half time at Stoke so it goes without saying now.

Very poor first half from Son. Starting to annoy me just how often he's slipping over. Every game. Choose the correct footwear ffs. No excuse for not knowing what boots to wear at home

He’s had about a month where he can’t control the ball, it’s so frustrating.

Lucas should be on at half time but we all know Poch doesn’t make changes before 70 mins.

He’s looked fucked for a few weeks. Played 50 games this season I think the graphic said earlier.

Highlights our massive need for a quality midfielder in the summer

Personally I'd like to see us play 5-3-2. I think we always look so congested up top when we play 4-2-3-1.

Wanyama on for Dembele. Drop Dier inbetween Verts and Sanchez. Wanyama protecting the back three and Eriksen and Alli playing midfield.

Could, maybe should, quite easily find ourselves behind rather than ahead. Even that was a gift from their goalkeeper.

Rank bad half of football really. In patches we've played a bit of football, but far too sloppy at times with the ball, without it the press and our shape has been poor also. Tempo has got to be better too, I'm watching this with my old man and he is going ballistic at the amount of times the man on the ball has about half a dozen statues ahead of him just not offering anything, and he's not wrong either.

The likes of Kane, Dembele, and Son have fared no better in this game either. Dembele in particular has been woeful in that half and is again struggling to get around the pitch his middle third domain.

I dont understand why such a top class centre back is on the bench. We are paying him, lets at least get something back in return. Poor management.

Because Sanchez is the future. Toby's the past. Simple as that. It'd be poor management to be playing guys who are out the door ahead of the future of the team. Serves nothing. Maybe in a Cup Final but not now.
