I can’t believe a 10 point lead could be shredded to two tomorrow. It’s mentally weak.

For those calling for Kane to be dropped it’s a bit much. Ultimately, we had to fight today. We knew that. And we’ve been found out. I feel weve gone backwards this season.

Firstly, we had such a good year last time round that going backwards was inherently more likely than forwards. Secondly, we sold the league's best right-back, and his replacement hasn't worked out yet. Thirdly, we've played away from our usual home ground all year (and our away results have actually been a point better). In those circumstances, it would have been extremely surprising for us to get to 86 points again, and plenty of our own fans, the pundits and others thought we'd finish 5th or 6th at the start of the season.

I’ve just finished watching the match, Kane looked like he was running through treacle. He doesn’t have a the same intensity to his game, I can only compare him against the form he had before and he’s nowhere near that.

Pochettino got it wrong (in game) again.

I really do not understand why Dele came off for Son. Had Lamela come off for Moura at that point, it would've been a completely different result.

Utterly embarrassing. Poch gets tactically outwitted by a guy with no experience.

Yeah so I don’t think we were exactly tactically outwitted today were we?

Ok so if we lose after all that how is it a good performance???
Saying we weren't awful isn't the same as we were good. Of course we should never lose to the bottom side in the league.

It's a bad result, but most on here are equating a bad result with a catastrophic performance. It was a bad result where we were good enough to deserve better.

dont worry lads im sure the club will tweet pictures of our nice new shiny stadium, this season looked like promising so much and now our season is on the brink of collapsing like a hurricane. (quite literately given kanes performances)

poch don't have the guts to be brave, kane should have been dropped 4 games ago. why the hell do you decided to go for a more negative tactics and play with a back 3 against a team clearly not wanting to attack

I do find this very strange. Our back 3 tactic used to be implemented against top sides and it seemed to work well. I have absolutely no clue why we would use it against West Brom today.

These pathetic players gave up on the season after beating Chelsea. Maybe we need more new players than we think because these mentally weak players are obviously still not up to it.
How is Pochettino going to explain that bollocks today? Same old bull shit. Same old Tottenham.
This season promised so much and we’re going out like this!!
Can’t wait for this season to end.

The scariest thing is that we should have lost to Watford.

They played us off the park.

Very true. Plus side is that same Watford team beat Newcastle who we have next. But we have put massive pressure on ourselves now. It's crazy to think that if we have one more game like this and lose on Wednesday that we might miss out on Champions League, fucking hell....

Jesus, all this talk of "we're definitely finishing fifth". More melting than a firebombed candle factory!

If Chelsea lose just one of their games we only need one point to pip them to fourth. Can we just have a little perspective? Lots can yet happen in the final games.

Only positive I can take out of today is that our final 2 games are against teams in similar form to us. In a way, I'd rather both games were away. I can imagine if Newcastle set up to be stubborn against us on Wednesday the atmosphere will be toxic if we don't get an early breakthrough. I'm just hoping that they mentally don't show up as their season is over.

Big wake up call to the team though. Since beating Chelsea we've played every game like top-4 is a given. It can so easily be snatched away from us now.

I think it was because of their strength on set pieces. After 60 or so minutes though he should have abandoned it.
