Seriously, this is Kane's first run of poor form for years, it's clearly a fitness issue rather than anything else, and people are turning on him?! He has done so much for the club and he'd be more devastated than anyone if we don't finish in the top four. Support him and the rest of the team, don't turn on them.

His finishing in 2018 has been shit. His obsession with the golden boot has affected the team but he's not winning it this time not due to a lack of service but because chances he usually buried in his sleep he has fluffed.

It's not been shit - not up to his usual standard, but not shit either. And it's only been since the injury too, not the whole of 2018. Every player in the world has those kind of runs sometimes, including Messi and Ronaldo - we just don't tend to notice much as we're not watching them every week and they're quickly back to normal. He's only human.

If he wants the best for us he should tell Poch to not play him because we’re currently worse with him. I do believe he wants the best for us but his ego to catch Salah made him rush his injury and has been shit since. And if he’s smart he should be thinking of the WC. Bench him against Newcastle

I'm sure Poch and the coaches are more than capable of making that decision themselves. It's not like he's offered nothing, he has still got a good number of goals which we might not have with Llorente or Son in that position. Sometimes it's a matter of just playing through it until it clicks. As a fan I have no idea whether he's tired, stressed, unfit, or simply out of form, but the club have a much better idea and I trust them to do the right thing not just for a match or two but the long-term.

He was missing good chances pre injury. Off the top of my head, two headers vs Arsenal, a free header from 5 yards out vs Juventus, a sitter vs Palace, a couple vs Utd in January.

Of course I don't mean Soldado-esque shit but for Harry's own standard (and most top strikers) these were glaring. His goal in Turin was harder than the header he missed. His misses vs Arsenal were easier to score than the one he did.

The grief he’s going to get in the summer could have a big effect on him for next season, and the future in general.
Remember how much stick Rooney got in South Africa. He couldn’t trap a bag of cement in that tournament and it took him a while to get his groove back. I fear the same is about to happen to Harry

How is he not fit, he's played 4 games and lots of training, he must be fit and ree says he's fit and sharp. But he looks like he has lead boots on.

Sure, but remember that he's had back to back ankle injuries. He's clearly not okay with his ankle mobility/stability and he's forcing the issue because he wants to somehow overtake Salah for the Golden boot.

Maybe instead of digging out one of our best players, without who’s goals we wouldn’t even have a chance of CL football we should focus more on the clubs recruitment policy.

Fact is our Kane alternatives are a player who’s best position is out wide and a striker from the bargain basement who’s game is totally not suited to the way we play. And the alternative striker we had before that was from the bargain basement as well.

We have Son who has proven up to the job, we aren’t at that level where we can afford to have a top class back up striker.

I like a Son lot as a player, but we can’t hold the ball up against the better teams when he plays up top.

We don’t have to have a top class back up, just someone better than Jansen or Llorente.

Don't think this is the case.

Many times at some point in a season someone has said this, yet I think he's simply not relaxed. He wants that golden boot so badly that it's probably in his mind whenever he comes close to the goal. He needs to focus on the little things again. Take the focus off scoring and the focus on being a key member of our attack.

Think you’ve quoted the wrong post mate.
