We should put in a bid for Hazard, if he’s ambitious he’ll want to come to a big club, big stadium fighting for the major honors...

As talented as he is.
I personally would not want that play when I feel like it pile of shite at spurs poisoning our dressing room

For one we agree, I look logically at the form of the teams we are playing and it gives me some comfort. But I guess having been in the slightly similar position before when ARSEnal finishes above us when all logic told you there was no way they would.
I guess this sums it up for me. A Gooner “acquaintance” of mine, won’t say friend! Set me an audio message on social the other day, and it sang two songs! “10 points and you fucked it up” and “ you did it again, you did it again, Tottenham Hotspur you did it again”
Just Fucking hate it. Spurs players please buck up your ideas and don’t do this to your fans again!
This is the worst season for Arsenal but if we blow this, I won’t even get to send my own audio texts to that fucking Gooner!

hope you sent him a pleasant reply back now we are confirmed

Not sure if it's been asked on this page yet? But does 4th place get a CL place without a playoff? Asking for a friend? xx

Can't understand why anyone would want Liverpool in CL over Chelsea. Not having CL football has a much bigger impact on Liverpool than Chelsea.

We would then be the most appealing club in London. If money was similar top players would choose us over chelsea and arsenal

I think we need to change our badge to actually have the word London on it. That’d be a good idea ?

It makes it a funny and less stressful Sunday where we can sit back and relax about who is going to end up with the sh*tty stick, too often in the past it's been us that have been ones left standing for all and sundry to ridicule and throw pelters at as they whip away the 5th chair to leave 4 when the music stops.

It would be nice if we finished 3rd, but I'd have taken 4th all day long so I won't be too downhearted.

It's win win either way as one of them is almost certainly bound to lose out. The least probable but still possible outcome is Liverpool losing at home and Chelsea stealing 4th place with them also winning the CL meaning neither Liverpool or the Chavs lose out. Even though it would mean we finish 3rd, I'd almost feel a bit cheated if that meant the Chavs sneaked back in that way.

Honestly, now that third is in our hands and all we have to do is beat a Leicester side that are actively trying to get their manager sacked (regardless of their win against Arsenal), I'd be annoyed if we didn't do it. Third and a "podium finish" still has a better ring to it than fourth.

Plus there's the finishing above Liverpool factor. Always feels good.

I've been hankering for third all along never believed we'd end up fifth but I am disappointed by the West Brom result even more now as had we taken the draw we would still have a chance of second.
That said I will be happy to take third at the end of a year away at Wembley.

I don't want to get greedy because i am so relieved we have made the CL and excited we will have it for the first year in our new ground.

It would be an achievement though to be third- apparently it would be only the second time in our history- after 60-63 that we will have been in the top three for three years in a row...

so grateful to be going on sunday to a stress free environment, with all the pressure on Liverpool and the Chavs
