However, the article clearly states that it's temporary and because they don't have the capacity to meet current demand. The article also clearly stated that they're planning to build a new large scale production facility.

Maybe we are thinking of playing CL group games at Wembley?
If we have a limited capacity anyway, or perhaps UEFA have more stringent rules on safety after the disasters on their watch, then possibly Wembley is a good option.
Plus it takes the weight off the home schedule so they can actually finish off what potentially needs doing without worrying about the midweek matches.
1st CL game is 18/19th September
