With changes made throughout the second period, our central midfield area had a youthful energy about it towards the end with Tashan Oakley-Boothe, Luke Amos, George Marsh and Oliver Skipp all deployed, while Nkoudou frequently got the better of Brentford’s right-back thanks to a blistering turn of pace. Kyle Walker-Peters also made inroads down the right side.

Safe bet that these guy and Georgiou will fly out with the team tomorrow. Bummed out that Edwards isn't featuring in these pre-season games.

Don’t get point of taking Marsh such an average player. Different position but rather they took Roles or shashoua

How do we know he wasn't involved? And as said earlier, does he deserve to be?

The OS went out of there way to mention the other youth players who featured, It stands to reason they would mention if Edwards played?

Now does he deserve to feature? Not sure but I'd hoped that things were on the up and up. Recent ITK stated that Edwards realizes this is his last chance to impress. I'd taken that to mean pre-season games etc.

If you don’t want to pay for live coverage on premier sports. Free sports Channel 422 on Sky is showing delayed coverage of all the champions cup games. We are on Thurs night 10pm v Roma.

Hopefully with some of the Spurs journos like Ally Gold being on the trip we will get some quotes from Poch on transfer things. I’d like one of them to ask him to clarify his “being brave” comment for example. I think we all need clarity on what he meant about that.

Really like shashoua cleverly little player. Hope he can impress if he goes.
