With his new contract, Reo has to step up and do well at Academy level. His showings last season were not positive at that level, in that he wasn’t dominant.

What? The Griffiths hype from some corners was well over the top, but he was nothing if not dominant at academy level last season. Scored well over double the second top scorer in the league - if I recall correctly he scored 29 and no one else surpassed 12.

If I were Griffiths, I'd be pushing to play more as a wide player this season - see if he can add that to his ability as a striker. Much easier path to the first team as a AM/S if he can play multiple positions.

by academy level i think he means u23s but as i said above he only made 3 pl2 appearances last season so not exactly much to go on.

I’d be very surprised if Eriksen ditched 23. It’s meant to be a lucky number and a lot of top Athletes in different sports choose it.

Such a shame - one of the players I was looking forward to seeing. Leaves Sanchez, Carter-Vickers and Eyoma as the three CBs on tour. Be surprised if we didn’t see one of the young midfielders feature in defence now - Marsh, Amos or Skipp most likely.
