I am with you though that the window is not over yet so let’s see what happens in the next 3-4 days. Every club that you have mentioned have bought players so clearly it is possible. I would say that the likes of Liverpool who you say are struggling to offload have still got 27 days to do so. They just knew who they wanted and went out and bought first. Good on them.

I would be very very surprised if Poch would be happy to go from having three top CBs down to two top CBs. I think sometimes people suspend belief to try and make themselves feel better about certain things that are happening. One such case is like this, they try to kid themselves that Poch is happy losing Toby and not signing a top replacement. I'm afraid I don't think that is a very likely scenario at all. Foyth hardly played last season even when he could have played more often, I struggle to see, without suspending reality, that Poch would be happy going until the season with just Sanchez and verts. But if it makes you feel better that this is all part of the plan be my guest...

I think the manager and Levy are both trying but we need the right players at the right cost. I’ve been supporting Spurs for over 50 years and i’ve seen the club come close to bankruptcy plus relegation. I don’t want that again.
Just because you buy a season ticket doesn’t guarantee a £100m quid in new players every TW. Let’s keep our powder dry until the TW closes. You can whine after that if it’s a disappointment.

Players like Kane do not settle for the trophy of "Well run club". He is an ambitious player and wants to achieve something in his career. How long he will stay with us and be happy to get top 4? Bale and Modric left and they have won 4 CL's. Does anyone think that the player like Kane will not be looking at the current situation of the team and its chances? We still selling our best players while getting N'ns if we do sign someone.

Its quite embarrassing really , DL will only be fully appreciated when he is long gone, ok he isn't perfect in the transfer market, but he has put this club of ours on the football map on and off the field and without a sugar daddy or rich country backing us....whilst never putting us in financial trouble or in the red....
From mid table boredom to regular CL footie , whilst building probably the finest stadium in the world.
The constant shit about him is unreal.
However he did it ,however he has gone about it....he has delivered and most fans appreciate and respect it and him.
Agree with you totally but rightly so a lot of supporters are thinking if only he'd been a bit more adventurous in the Transfer market and perhaps we would have won something and be in a lot better position now !
