It is exclusive to us. Liverpool (for example) don't play "5-3-2"- they play 4-3-3, week in, week out. I watch them all the time so at least I know that. Barcelona: same thing. Ars*nal under Wenger: also the same. City under Pep: yup, 4-3-3. Us: how much time ya got?
