England great for the first 3 minutes. Not so good after that. They should have enough in the second half, but it's not the cakewalk some expected, and Oz could easily nick this.

Your thoughts on that blatant pen try and sin binning for Farrel?

Quality wise, piss poor from both teams so far. England's pack effort and intensity around the park is much better this autumn but we lack direction all round the park, aren't able to sustain attacks, and are imprecise at crucial moments. Midfield and wide defence is terrible at the moment. Australia look a real rabble in a lot of aspects, but give them enough ball to run at you and you're in trouble, they will score tries.

Officiating in the game right now is also a total joke.

He was side on and not set for the tackle and the 4 ran into him. You can't wrap round in a tackle from that position.

You are joking right? The dude ran for about half a mile before Farrel shoulder barged him.

Even if you’re right, fir arguments sake, it makes no difference at all really. He’s prevented a try by illegally tackling a player. Deliberate or not.

I think the ref bottled that decision but I heard him say the aussie forward dipped the shoulder so it was a 50/50. Need to see it again

I heard him say that. It’s a strange point to make as its irrelevant really. One is the ball carrier the other isn’t.

Australia just giving away so many pens. They won't keep it close for to long if this continues.

Think we'll struggle against a good team with a front 5 that can match us, but doing OK in the recovery from a dreadful year. Plenty of very good young talent coming through and dealing with a huge injury list as well.

Who's the women doing the interviews after. Terrible.

Hooper and farrell not wanting to harp on about the lack of tackle and just gave an honest assessment of the game.

It was a good match to see out the internationals for both sides.

Also I just wanted to say that sky sports rugby coverage is awful. I never normally watch it. Compared to BT sport it feels so out of date. Stuart Barnes just talks complete nonsense.

It'd be a lot better without Barnes, but yeah.

Key thing is that England have made great strides with the forward pack as a collective and rediscovered some intensity and better work at stuff like the breakdown. Performances have been a bit patchy, there's improvement needed in attack and defence, but if the pack is competing it gives you a chance and ultimately were one point from a clean sweep this Autumn.

Best bit has been seeing several players show they are in the mix for selection going forward, and making a positive out of the injury situation.
